Duties for the Legal Clerk Job

  • Taking hearing dates in Litigation matters.
  • Facilitating service of Legal documents.
  • Collecting, circulating and filing of published bills and subsidiary legislation.
  • Filing of court documents and any other legal documents.
  • Organizing the Legal Department Registry.
  • Drafting Legal documents.
  • Providing any other Clerical services that may be required.

Legal Clerk Job Requirements

  • Certificate in Law from a recognized institution.
  • Proficiency in the use of basic computer applications.
  • A current Process Server’s Certificate.
