By Lilian Wamaitha

You have probably attended a number of interviews by now. From your experience you know that an interview is not only an avenue for the hiring manager to grill you.

Instead an interview should be an interactive session that is supposed to act as a way for you and the hiring manager to learn more about each other. This is the right opportunity to determine whether the job is the right first for you.

This is the major reason why you should be asking all the relevant questions. According to Ms. Melody Mwenda, a Professional Interview Coach at Corporate Staffing Services Limited, when a candidate has questions for the interviewer, it shows that he is interested in the company.
