Unilever Seeks Young Creative Entrepreneurs Who Stand To Win Ksh24M

Are you a young creative entrepreneur?

Through The Unilever Sustainable Living Young Entrepreneurs Awards, the firm is looking for entrepreneurs aged below 30 with scalable and sustainable products, services or applications that can reduce environmental impact, improve health and enhance livelihoods through changes in practicrres or behaviors.

The awards is its second year and in partnership with the Prince of Wales Young Sustainability Entrepreneurship seeks to reward seven winners with 24 million (200,000) and free mentorship.

Quoted by The Standard, Unilever Chief Executive Officer Paul Polman says, “Young people will soon 50 per cent of the population in developing countries and it’s vital we continue to entroll them in the task of making sustainable living common place and invest in their ideas.”

The seven finalists will take part in an online development programme and then participate in a two day workshop at Cambridge University in the UK.
