Dear HR Lady,

I have been let go from a big bank where I worked as a personal banker and I am not sure if I was fired or laid off. I loved my job and co-workers. I never made any critical errors and I had customers waiting in line just to be assisted by me.

There was no trail of warnings from the management; not even one. I have been assured by the CEO and the HR of glowing referrals from them. Before I left, they just said that I should seek another profession.

Should I put their names on job applications or not or try to get them for wrongful termination?

I think that I am a great banker.

What would you advice this job seeker to do?
