Corporate Staffing Services a leading Human Resource firm which has recruited for top organizations such as UN Women, Safaricom Sacco, HomeBoyz, Cube Movers, HassConsult etc has seen the need to train job seekers on the things they do wrong which end up jeopardizing their chances of landing even the simplest of jobs.

“We are targeting people who are just out of campus, people who have been job searching for a while without success, people who are on their first jobs and would like to know how they can add value to their first jobs and progress in their careers,” says Sheila Cheptoo the Communication Officers at Corporate Staffing Services.

She adds that young people are in dire need of someone to tell them what exactly they are doing wrong. “These are people who are thirsty for knowledge but unfortunately they have no one to go to with their queries.”

Mr Tunya was also the host of KTN’s “Job Centre” a forum addressing all matters job search where HR professionals share insights on the Kenyan job market.
