Having the right career is one of the roads that lead to self actualization. It’s a rewarding feeling when you can look back at your life and say that you truly lived.

When you can confidently say that you made the right choices, and the mistakes you encountered along the way opened up doors for you to live exploit your maximum potential.

So, let’s take some time and evaluate ourselves. How can we tell if we our Career  is on track?

1.If You’re Are In A Stable Job

Job security is one of the most sought after things. Being in a stable job that gives you a steady income is proof that you’re on the right career path.

An  unstable job that leaves you looking for a job every 4 months is an indication that your Career is shaky.

Staying in a job for some time is important, because it will help you grow your skills and master your profession.

A stable job is a good sign that you are on the right Career Path.

2. If you get a Promotion…

A promotion only means one thing. Your performance is exemplary good and worth rewarding. It also means that you can be trusted with bigger tasks and you that you are very good at what you do.

It shows that you are passionate about your job and you have grown in your skill set, so much so that you deserve a higher rank.

3. If you get a salary raise.

Whenever you see that your employer has decided to add a few coins to your salary, don’t think that they are being philanthropic. No.

It means that you are doing something right.

It would be unfair to let you have the same salary that you have been used to for years even thought you have been performing well.

Hard work and great talent will always be rewarded. If your salary is increased, it could only mean that you are headed for the right direction.
