Uliza Links Limited a Digital Marketing Agency in Kenya that runs a digital agency on www.ulizalinks.com is looking for a DIGITAL SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER who will be in charge of digital business development, marketing and creating sales targets.

Offer :

The job has 2 months probation with a mileage allowance and the starting salary is ksh 13,000-15,000/- after probation.

Digital Sales & Marketing Job Duties

• Set monthly sales targets for the team and keep tabs on them to ensure that they are all met. The targets to be forwarded to the directors on email.
• Set up meetings with clients you have contacted and prepare a good sales pitch.
• Bring forward/suggest NEW communication & marketing ideas that you feel may work for the sales team.
• Give a report on sales strategies implemented in a given month(what worked & what did not). The report is to be discussed in the monthly sales meeting which will be held on last Friday of the month.
• Attend all company events and related events to build new networks
• Respond to all client emails that seek your attention.
• Any other delegated responsibility.
• Report directly to the Marketing Manager on new developments or updates on clientele feedback.
• Identify, manage and maintain an active presence through regular communications on social media
• Set up a digital communication plan for your tasks and any incoming calls of clients or inquiries.
• Ensure that the clients inquiry list is update in a timely manner and follow ups are done by all .
• Create quality content for social media pages.
• Be able to communicate with prospective clients in brief and inform them about services being provided in the company.
• Research on client history before making a cold call/pitch.
• Follow up and communicate with new/existing clients ‘

Requirements for the Digital Sales & Marketing Job

• A Graduate in the field of marketing and sales or any other relevant degree.
• A minimum of 3 years working experience in a marketing/advertising company.
• Must have experience on social media, content creation and must have done sales with targets.
