Location: Nairobi with field travel to CHAP Uzima supported facilities; Machakos with local field travel to CHAP Uzima supported facilities in Lower Eastern

Qualifications for the Finance Officer Job

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting
• Minimum of 3 year experience
• Professional qualification in CPA/ACCA will be an added advantage
• Proven high integrity

Responsibilities for the Finance Officer Job

• Preparation and consolidation of project budgets
• Preparation of books of accounts and project reports
• Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations and bank agency
• Timely generation of payments and cash flow projections
• Maintenance of accounting records and documents for traceability
• Reviewing of accounting reports from implementing member health units & consortium partners
• Providing review feedback and continuous follow up
• 100% compliance with donor requirements
