Main Job Purpose

Develop and entrench in-market Quality Standards in line with the Brand objectives and co-ordinate compliance with standards through awareness campaigns and a programme of audits as well as manage all trade quality issues.

Trade Quality Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all in trade quality conformance
• Coordinate and actively manage consumer and customer complaints
• Co-ordinate the recall of products from trade in liaison with Distribution and sales for business continuity.
• Co-ordinate regular trade/ consumer quality perception surveys of with sales and manage any issues arising to improve the company Quality perception.
• Support reduction/elimination of faking and adulteration activities by collaborating with Consultants, Law enforcement and regulatory bodies.

Requirements for the Trade Quality Job

• University degree in Science field
• 3 years’ experience in Quality function in a manufacturing environment
• Lead Auditor Training in ISO 9001:2008, FSSC 22000
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
• Management of consumers and customers
• Proven & recognized achievements in one or more areas of Quality, Manufacturing, R&D and Change management.
