Quality Analyst Job at Samasource

Reporting to the Account Manager, the Quality Analyst will be responsible for analyzing the levels of quality of work in the different Samasource work streams, measuring compliance against set standards and recommending actions to be taken to improve quality based on assessment findings.

Responsibilities

  • Aggregating Jobs from employer’s websites into client’s website.
  • Ensuring Quality jobs are aggregated into client’s website
  • Supporting very dynamic team in problem solving and decision making in regards to aggregation of job
  • Sampling and performing quality checks on agent’s tasks
  • Reporting Quality internally on daily basis and to client on weekly basis
  • Conducting regular meetings with the team to deliver clarifications from client or internally
  • Producing quality data when required
  • Maintaining constant contact with client on the updates in regard to workflows
  • Escalating complex integrations and feeds that require repairs
  • Reviewing errors detected by the client’s automated system, escalating issues when necessary
  • Working with a fast-paced team to handle a high volume of requests in a timely manner
  • Maintaining data work requirements by following data program techniques and procedures as well as meeting and maintaining the required quality threshold
  • Verifying entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering data; purging files to eliminate duplication of data
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications

  • A degree in IT or related field.
  • Experience with Regular Expressions, HTML, XML, and xPath
  • Great attention to detail and feedback skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (reading, writing and speaking).
  • Planning and organizing skills
  • Reporting and analysis skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Conflict prevention and resolution skills
  • Fully computer literate on MS programs essential
  • Two years’ work experience in jobs aggregations.
