1. Jomo Kenyatta University Of Agriculture & Technology (JKUAT)

You can choose to do a Certificate in IT, Diploma in IT, Degree in Business Information Technology, Degree in Computer Technology or a Degree in Computer Science.
To join the Degree programs you will need to have a KCSE Mean grade C+ with C in Maths and English or two principal passes in KACE or Credit in relevant diploma.
To join the Diploma program you will need to have an aggregate grade of C (PLAIN) in KCSE and grades C- (MINUS) in Mathematics and English or Division II in KCE with credit passes in Mathematics and English or an equivalent qualification.
2. Kenyatta University
Kenyatta University is also one of the oldest Universities in the country and is considered one of the top public institutions as well.

The university was founded in 1991 and has since grown to become a respected institution of higher learning.
