Baker Job In Nairobi

Our client, is looking for a qualified baker who has knowledge and skills in Baking and also Cake Decoration.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Preparation and production of products by company specifications and instructions in the set time frame.
• Treat and process raw materials and ingredients.
• Prepare different dough and mixtures according to production recipes.
• Produce and apply decorations on bakery products
• Provide services to meet a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Manage spoilage, turnovers and inventory of stocks and goods
• Clean, maintain and make simple repairs to machinery and equipment used in bakery.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year experience in this field.
• Must have skills in the following areas;
• cake making (i.e. wedding cakes, themed cakes e.t.c)
• Cake decorating experience in using sugar craft is an added advantage.
• Biscuits and Cookies baking.
• Must demonstrate ability to prioritize tasks and have all work completed in a timely manner.
• Candidates must have a strong work ethic and be customer service oriented with very good communication skills.
• Must be someone who is able to follow instructions.Must be dependable, responsible, and confident.
