Accounting is a common profession in Kenya. This is probably because of the fact that many institutions, if not all, require an accountant.

Competition for jobs in the accounting field is therefore getting stiffer by the day, as employers try to separate the wheat from the chaff. Only those that are able to stand out in their applications ultimately make the cut and get the job.

So what makes your CV stand out if you are looking for an accountant job?
