Job Summary

Our client is an online market place targeting sellers and buyers to interact on the platform. They are based in Kitengela town and looking to hire a team of 50 young and energetic Sales and Marketing executives.

Responsibilities

  • Registering sellers on the platform
  • Meeting and exceeding set sales targets
  • Field sales and marketing
  • Online marketing
  • Generating leads
  • Demonstrating the platform to both sellers and buyers
  • Negotiating all contracts with prospective customers
  • Analyze the market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Ensuring all payment is done online
  • Visiting customers and potential customers to evaluate needs
  • Maintaining customer’s
  • Answering customer’s questions about the platform and how it works
  • Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to the team leader

Qualifications

  • Form four and above
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to make a sale
  • Passion for sales and marketing
  • Persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, oral and written communication skills
  • Highly-driven and self-motivated
  • The team will be trained
  • Must possess a smart phone or a laptop
