Responsibilities

  • Assisting documentation of project progress tracking against deadlines in accordance to project schedules;
  • Assisting in documentation of the developed functional and system design specifications for KOTDA engagements with all contracted stakeholders;
  • Assisting preparation of reports on deliverables from contracted stakeholder’s;
  • Working closely with the Project Officer to ensure project issues are identified, tracked, reported and resolved in a timely manner;
  • Assisting in proactively communicating project status, issues and risks to the Project Officer;
  • Supporting documentation of developed Project Management Tools and strategies including project, communication, quality, risk and configuration plans for Konza Projects;
  • Supporting documentation of updated project tools and strategies for Konza Projects during project execution and communicate needed changes in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Project Management or any other equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution;
  • Proficiency in computer applications;
  • Registrable qualifications with relevant professional bodies
  • Fulfill requirements of Chapter Six of the constitution
