  • Undertake resourcing initiatives such as head hunting, market intelligence for successful talent acquisition
  • Coordinate with departmental heads and schedule staff appraisals when due
  • Oversee performance appraisals ensuring timely submission of reports and analysis
  • Ensure follow-through of the induction policy in place when need arises
  • Conduct evaluation of the on boarding process
  • Handle any disciplinary cases accordingly
  • Ensure implementation & execution of laid down policies


  • 6  years’ experience in Human Resource Management with 2 years in supervisory level
  • Bachelor’s degree in either Human Resource Management or any other relevant field
  • Must be an active member of IHRM
  • Great organization and planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills
