Job Description 

Our Client, a technology and service provider for payment and revenue collection solutions seeks to recruit an HR & Administration Manager. The HR & Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR and Administration function in the company to promote productivity and strong work ethics and to create a conducive working environment. Also overall staff and office management.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & retention
  • Training & development
  • Foster a positive organizational culture
  • Performance management
  • Payroll processing and management
  • Formulation, implementation and administration of policies & standard operations procedures
  • Attendance management
  • Leave management
  • Company’s liaison with HR & Admin service providers
  • Records management
  • Office management
  • Budgeting and costs management
  • Manage statutory compliance and reporting
  • Reporting on the HR and Administration function
  • Any other related duties that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, HR Management or related field
  • Professional training in the HR field
  • At least 5 years relevant working experience in a similar position
  • Experience in an organization with branch operations
  • KCSE Grade: B+ and above

  • Age: 35 – 45 years
