Jobsikaz is a digital sourcing platform that aggregates recruitment tools to facilitate vacancy- jobseeker matching. We are looking for a Recruitment and Operations Officer to join our team.
- Sourcing CVs of the applicants through the Jobsikaz platform.
- Phone Screening and Interviewing potential candidates for each vacancy shared.
- Organizing the interviews and necessary administrative support for the interview schedules.
- Assisting applicants to prepare for interviews and providing relevant information regarding the client/job/position/interview.
- Keeping track of the updates of the status of any vacancy shared.
- Keeping track of the closure and maintaining contacts with the candidates until coming on board.
- Carrying out Reference Checks of the final candidate.
- Building up and maintain a database of prospective candidates in the prescribed format from all available sources.
- Building and maintaining great relations with both existing and future clients.
- 1- 2 years of experience in the Recruitment process.
- Good communication skills, written & verbal.
- Attentive to details.
- Good computer knowledge is a must.
- Innovative, creative and proactive.
