Shirika Sacco Society Ltd is a National and a fast-growing Sacco based in Nairobi with a membership of over 7000 spread across Kenya drawn from government Ministries and other private organizations.
The Sacco is regulated by the Sacco regulatory body-SASRA We intend to fill the position; FOSA MANAGER

Duties and Responsibilities

  • In charge of Sacco Front Office Operations
  • Execute FOSA decisions made by the Board
  • Designing, administering and interpreting FOSA policies and procedures
  • Assist in review and development of FOSA Product and services
  • Attend Credit Committee Meetings and implement the recommendations
  • Ensure daily and periodical preparation of FOSA operation reports
  • Ensure proper reconciliation of all payments to members
  • Ensure proper security measures are put in place and adhered to
  • Supervise all transactions and ensure sufficient cash flows
  • Any other duties as directed by the Chief Executive Officer

Minimum Requirements

  • First degree in business field
  • Four Year Experience in Sacco banking or Micro Finance industry
  • CPA K or ACCA level III
  • Applicants with MBA have an added advantage
  • Good Communication Skills
