Qualifications For Head Cook Job

• A Mature Person and a natural leader
• O Level education qualification.
• Appropiately trained in food production from a recognized college
• Five years experince in a busy kitchen
• Supervisory and Management skills
• Skilled in the various section/ departments of the kitchen
• Must have held leadership position in the kitchen
• Ability to spearhead actual food production
• Knowledge of menu composition/planning
• Good business acumen
• In-depth understanding of food cost issues
• Knowledgeable in matters hygiene and HACCP
