  • Five years experince in a busy kitchen
  • Supervisory and Management skills
  • Skilled in the various section/ departments of the kitchen
  • Must have held leadership position in the kitchen
  • Ability to spearhead actual food production
  • Knowledge of menu composition/planning
  • Good business acumen
  • In-depth understanding of food cost issues
  • Knowledgeable in matters hygiene and HACCP
