• Recruiting, training and supervising staff.
• Agreeing and managing budgets.
• Planning menus.
• Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines.
• Promoting and marketing the business.
• Overseeing stock levels.
• Ordering supplies.
• Producing staff rotas.

Restaurant Manager Job Requirements

• At least two years experience in a supervisory position in a busy hotel
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
• Ablity to work under pressure
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal skills.
• Diploma in hospitality course.
• Proven customer care abilities or other relevant experience.
• Relevant training in the food and beverage industry.
