Position: Business Development Executive

Location: Nairobi

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or relevant field.
  • Should have proven track record/experience of good performance in SECURITY industry
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Quick learner and ability to take clients orders accurately
  • Computer skills, Telephone handling skills, Sales & Marketing skills
  • Self-motivated / Industrious/Motivated / Focused / Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Must poses excellent Presentation skills
  • Valid Driver’s License and ownership of personal car
  • Exceptional communication skills, commitment, resourcefulness, results oriented and self-driven Customer Focus, Initiative, Interpersonal Skills, Self-Management, Sales Skills

Responsibilities

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective corporate customers
  • Reach potential corporate customers through cold calling, networking and the company sales strategy
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and
  • Ability to meet deadlines

  • Prepare and deliver appropriate sales presentations on products/ services
  • Create frequent weekly reviews and reports with the sales and financial departments
  • Ensure the availability of products for sales and demonstrations
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Initiate, Negotiate and close sales
  • Collaborate with team to achieve better results
  • Actively use CRM as required
