Position: Sales & Marketing Manager

Industry: Real Estate

The manager will be responsible for overseeing the sale of the organization properties from beginning to end by planning, implementing and directing sales and marketing activities of the company to achieve the desired objectives

The manager will also be responsible for managing company marketing initiatives by using market research to direct marketing strategy and planning



  • Developing sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
  • Setting targets, performance plans and objective standards for sales executives
  • Coaching and training sales executives on one on one sales, phone sales, emails and prospecting to help them improve sales performance
  • Coordinate sales action plan for the sales team
  • Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team
  • Ensure sales team have the necessary resources to perform effectively
  • Providing feedback, mentorship and support to the sales executives
  • Acting on feedback and research to improve sales process and ensure adherence by the sales executives
  • Cultivating relationships with customers and key decision makers for return business and referral
  • Solve customers’ problems by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions
  • Generating timely sales report


  • Developing and managing advertisement campaign within budgetary constraints
  • Organizing real estate expos and activations
  • Take custodian of all marketing materials; acquisition storage and repairs
  • Ensuring quality of marketing materials and availability whenever needed
  • Handling social media PR efforts and content marketing
  • Working within the department to develop cost effective and timely marketing plans
  • Overseeing creative development of promotional materials, digital content and other marketing related contents
  • Supporting sales in lead generation efforts
  • Coaching, mentoring and supporting the marketing team
  • Communicating with senior management about marketing initiatives and brainstorming new strategies
  • Implementing approved marketing strategies
  • Performing any other duties assigned by senior management


  • Degree from a recognized university in Sales & Marketing or any sales related field and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role with proven track record of good performance
  • Highly skilled and experienced non degree holders also quality
  • Good command of Microsoft office programs and email applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team leader with great organizational and planning skills
  • Formal presentation skills
  • Persuasive and innovative
  • Must be a trustworthy person of unquestionable integrity
