HR On Job Trainee Job, Latest HR Jobs in Kenya 2020,


We are seeking to hire an OJT in our HR department to offer support functions to the team The trainee shall be exposed to dirreferent aspects of our HR department which would help him / her progress to an assistant level.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support in the recruitment, selection and on boarding process
  • Support in implementing the yearly training calendar
  • Support in implementation and tracking of staff leave
  • Support in implementation of employee health and safety procedures
  • Support in processing of statutory requirements
  • Performing administrative tasks
  • Explaining and providing information on employee benefits, programs, and education
  • Organize monthly HR meetings with various departments in the company.
  • Maintaining employee records


  • A Bachelors degree in HR or a related field
  • A minimum of 1 year experience working in a HR department
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
