SANA International Holding Limited is a company established by Sustainable Aid in Africa International (SANA) as a Social Enterprise aimed at providing sustainable solutions to water service providers through innovative Technical, Financial and Institutional Capacity Enhancement Solutions.

The Company works with Community Water Service Providers to support the management of the water supply systems for enhanced quality service provision with focus on efficiency, effectiveness and accountability as outlined in the Water sector regulations.

 SANA International Holding Ltd is in the process of Strengthening her Capacity for effective delivery of Professional Management services to Small Scale Water Utilities around Lake Victoria Region .The immediate target utilities include Kenyenya Water Supply and Sanitation (Kisii County), SonduMiriu Left Bank Community Water Supply ( Homa Bay County) , SonduMiriu Right Bank Community Water Supply , PiThur Community Water Supply, Wandiege Water & Sanitation Company, Boya Water Supply  and Kotabwango Community Water Supply( Kisumu County).  We are inviting applications from suitably qualified graduates for the under mentioned professions for Management Trainees/ Internship positions. Preferably, the person(s) should come from areas where we currently operate in. 

Successful applicants will serve as interns for a period not exceeding six (6) months and being entitled to a consolidated monthly living allowance not exceeding Kshs 10,000 as shall be determined by SANA internship policy.

Technical Assistants:( 4 positions)

This requires person(s) to be trained on the job to ultimately become Assistant Water Supply Supervisors.


  • Diploma in Water Engineering/Technology , Civil Engineering or Equivalent from a recognized institution
  • Higher National Diploma will be an added advantage
  • Skills on entrepreneurship
  • Computer literate preferably on AutoCAD or equivalent
  • Possess a riding license

Commercial Assistants/Business Development Assistants ( 3 positions)

This requires person(s) to be trained on the job to become Commercial/ Business Development Assistants in Water Supply Management.


  • Diploma in business administration, CPA 2
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration is an added advantage
  • Skills on entrepreneurship
  • Marketing prowess
  • Computer literate; Knowledge and use of Accounting Computer Packages eg QuickBooks, SAGE Pestel
  • Possess riding license

Pump Operator/Plumber( 3 positions)

Successful trainees will be absorbed as pump operators / plumbers in our utilities on a performance based contracts.


  • Certificate in plumbing
  • Diploma in water technology is an added advantage
  • Possess a riding license
