Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional training programs to our students, ensuring they meet the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs in various security-related fields (e.g., Security guard training, First Aid, Fire safety).
  • Create engaging and informative training materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and assessments.
  • Facilitate interactive training sessions, utilizing a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and certifications.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and regulations to ensure the training programs remain relevant and effective.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the overall quality and efficiency of the training programs.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Diploma/Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Security Management)
  • PSRA/NITA curriculum knowledge
  • 5-10 Years’ experience in training and education in the security industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Age 35 years -45 years 
  • Ex-Service men of the rank of Sergeant/NCO and above.
  • Command and leadership course is an added advantage
  • Passion for training and developing others.
