Minimum Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- CIM certification is an added advantage.
- At least five [2] years’ work experience in a customer experience role.
Responsibilities:
- Implement customer relationships policy with branch and marketing teams.
- Leverage CRM and NPS insights to shape strategy.
- Segment audiences for personalized communication.
- Identify key touchpoints and create a communications plan.
- Ensure timely voucher dispatch and prospect for corporate clients.
- Respond to customer queries and complaints promptly, escalating as needed.
- Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction, including loyalty programs.
- Report on customer complaints, resolutions, and trends.
