Minimum Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
  • CIM certification is an added advantage.
  • At least five [2] years’ work experience in a customer experience role.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement customer relationships policy with branch and marketing teams.
  • Leverage CRM and NPS insights to shape strategy.
  • Segment audiences for personalized communication.
  • Identify key touchpoints and create a communications plan.
  • Ensure timely voucher dispatch and prospect for corporate clients.
  • Respond to customer queries and complaints promptly, escalating as needed.
  • Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction, including loyalty programs.
  • Report on customer complaints, resolutions, and trends.
