Job Summary

• Phone technicians have a solid understanding of phone technology and are adept at repairing them. They are honest ,sociable, polite, great team player and have excellent attention to detail, which allows them to make several repairs a day .

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues with mobile phones
• Diagnose the cause of a particular problem
• Then replace broken parts
• Perform software updates to repair the device and restore it to full functionality
• Interact positively with customers at the store front and over the phone
• Orders and restocks new supplies for phone repairs
• Maintain and track repair tools and equipment for proper inventory

Job Requirements

• Ability to repair a variety of mobile devices
• Previous experience of working in a Repair Technician role
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people in a professional manner, face to face, on the telephone and in writing.
• Excellent knowledge of customer service best practice with previous experience
• Knowledge of mobile devices including manufacturers, operating systems, and network service providers
• Willing to work flexibly and with enthusiasm;
• High level of integrity and work ethics
• Minimum education of ‘A’ level or equivalent.
