IT Manager Job Diamonds Hotels & Resorts

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement IT policies and SOPs
• Manage IT budgets and optimize resource utilization
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and networks
• Lead system integration, migration, and IT projects
• Manage vendor relationships and service agreements
• Ensure data security with disaster recovery plans and business continuity
• Provide end-user training and support

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field 5-10 years experience in IT roles such as systems administration or network engineering
• Strong knowledge of IT best practices, digital security, and Google Workspace
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and project management skills
• IT certifications (e.g., ITIL, Cisco, AWS) are a plus
