Our client in the Logistics & Distribution Field is looking for an HR intern. The main responsibility is to assist HR duties and responsibilities as mentioned below.
Duties
- Reviewing job descriptions and preparing job advertisements.
- Organizing Staff induction and onboarding programs.
- Updating the human resource information systems data.
- Undertaking training needs analysis, projections, and developing training programs.
- Implementing human resource management policies, regulations, procedures, and systems.
- Supporting the recruitment processes.
- Support in the implementation of training programs.
- Coordinating the staff separation processes.
- Disseminating internal communication to staff in a timely manner.
- Any other duty as assigned by the management
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management or any other relevant degree (Already completed)
- Experience -Not required
- Be of high integrity & confidential, a team player and with have effective communication skills.
