HR Intern Execafrica Recruitment

Our client in the Logistics & Distribution Field is looking for an HR intern. The main responsibility is to assist HR duties and responsibilities as mentioned below.

Duties

  • Reviewing job descriptions and preparing job advertisements.
  • Organizing Staff induction and onboarding programs.
  • Updating the human resource information systems data.
  • Undertaking training needs analysis, projections, and developing training programs.
  • Implementing human resource management policies, regulations, procedures, and systems.
  • Supporting the recruitment processes.
  • Support in the implementation of training programs.
  • Coordinating the staff separation processes.
  • Disseminating internal communication to staff in a timely manner.
  • Any other duty as assigned by the management

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or any other relevant degree (Already completed)
  • Experience -Not required
  • Be of high integrity & confidential, a team player and with have effective communication skills.
