Human Resource Officer – Learning and Development Job Safal Group

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out Training Needs Analysis to identify skill gaps and training needs across teams.
  • Design and develop engaging, customized training programs ensuring their alignment with business objectives. Partner with key stakeholders to ensure training programs support organizational goals and meet evolving business needs.
  • Organize and coordinate learning events ensuring all logistical details are managed efficiently.
  • Facilitate and deliver training sessions both in-person and virtually, utilizing various instructional methods for maximum engagement. Communicate with stakeholders regularly to adapt programs to changing business needs.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • Ensure compliance training, such as health and safety or regulatory requirements, is conducted and properly documented. Monitor updates in statutory training requirements to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring it is up-to-date and user-friendly.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance data.
  • Maintain accurate training records and documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.
  • Prepare reports on training outcomes and present them to the Learning and Development Manager.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants to deliver specialized training programs.
  • Continuously refine and improve training materials and methods to enhance their impact based on employee and business feedback.

Requirements

Qualifications required:

  • Minimum academic qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.
  • Qualifications as an added advantage: Certification in training or instructional design (e.g., CIPD, ATD) is a plus.
  • Professional registration: Member of IHRM

Experience required:

  • General work experience (years): At least 3-5 years of experience in Learning and Development or a similar role.
