Human Resource Management I – 2 Posts Job County Government of Marsabit

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support all internal and external human resource related inquiries or requests;
  • Oversee the compilation of compensation and benefit documentation;
  • Compile quarterly performance management reports;
  • Schedule meetings, human resource events and maintain agendas;
  • Assist in planning for training sessions and seminars;
  • Assist in induction and updating records of new staff;
  • Produce and submit reports on general human resource activities;
  • Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews; and
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

Requirements for Appointment

  • Be a Kenyan citizen
  • Bachelor of Commerce (Human Resource Management option), Bachelor of Business Management (Human Resource Management option), Bachelor of Business Administration (Human Resource Management option), Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar position
  • Have shown merits and ability as reflected in work performance and results
  • Member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) is added advantage
