Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Client Relationships:
- Develop and maintain relationships with salons, beauty stores, and individual clients.
- Identify and approach potential customers to promote the company’s beauty products.
- Present, promote, and sell products to existing and prospective customers.
- Provide product demonstrations and educate clients on product benefits and usage.
Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Analyze sales trends and adjust strategies to meet market demands.
- Regularly report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Follow up with client’s post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new product launches.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Participate in trade shows, beauty expos, and other industry events to showcase products.
Product Knowledge:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s product line, including ingredients, application methods, and benefits.
- Continuously update knowledge on the latest beauty products and trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Strong knowledge of beauty products, treatments, and market trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Wide experience in digital marketing.
- Tech savvy
