Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Client Relationships:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with salons, beauty stores, and individual clients.
  • Identify and approach potential customers to promote the company’s beauty products.
  • Present, promote, and sell products to existing and prospective customers.
  • Provide product demonstrations and educate clients on product benefits and usage.

Target Achievement:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Analyze sales trends and adjust strategies to meet market demands.
  • Regularly report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.

Customer Service:

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Follow up with client’s post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Market Research:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new product launches.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Participate in trade shows, beauty expos, and other industry events to showcase products.

Product Knowledge:

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s product line, including ingredients, application methods, and benefits.
  • Continuously update knowledge on the latest beauty products and trends.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the beauty industry.
  • Strong knowledge of beauty products, treatments, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Wide experience in digital marketing.
  • Tech savvy
