Job Responsibilities

  • Excellent proposal handling skills in relation to quotations for all customers
  • Conversions of quotations to LPOs
  • Ensure timeliness in submission of pre-qualifications, tenders and request for quotations
  • LPO Processing
  • Lead generation
  • Sales follow-up

Skills and knowledge

  • Experience in sales environment
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Business management skills.
  • Great document handling skills – proposal preparation, formatting & tender compilation.
  • The ability to sell products and services.
  • Persistence and determination
  • Understand sales performance metrics and provide excellent administrative support to ensure sales targets are met.

Academic Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, BBIT or similar preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e email, word, presentation, spreadsheet, etc).
