Sales Representative- Service Center Job Topking Tyre Center

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to help grow our customer base and promote our services and products to new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote the services offered by the service center, including maintenance, repairs and specialized automotive services to walk-in customers and through outbound efforts.
  • Sell automotive products such as tires, batteries, lubricants and other accessories to customers ensuring they understand the benefits and features of each product.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals. Provide excellent after-sales service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to market services and products to neighboring areas, including visiting local businesses, residential communities and fleet operators to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for both service and product sales. Proactively seek out opportunities to increase sales and improve the customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or products to customers such as vehicle maintenance packages.
  • Keep track of competitors’ offerings and market trends to better position our services and products. Provide feedback to management on pricing and promotions.
  • Gather and report customer feedback on services and products to help improve service center offerings.
  • Work closely with the service center team, including technicians and managers, to ensure customer needs are fully understood and met.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Sales and Marketing or a relevant field. A Degree will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 1 year proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of automotive products and services, or a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems or experience with customer management software is a plus.
  • A valid driver’s license is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
