Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in real estate, marketing or any related industry.  Masters Degree is an added advantage
• At least 2 years experience in real estate
• Experience in digital marketing

Skills/Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
• Computer literacy is compulsory
• Consistent, organized and team work oriented
• Seamless time management skills, natural ability to multi-task and confidence to build relationships with customers

Main Responsibilities include:

• Initiating sales and marketing activities, including phone calls, e-mails, online postings and face-to-face meetings
• Providing guidance and assisting sellers/buyers in marketing/purchasing properties for the right price under the best terms
• Promoting the sale of properties through advertising, open houses, participation and networking
• Researching and analyzing market trends
• Creating advertising briefs and controlling creative and quality standards for all advertising and promotional material
