Job Summary
- The Sales Representative will stand as the key point of contact between the organization and customers while overseeing the sale of products and services.
- The Incumbent will report to the Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Drive market initiatives to achieve sales targets.
- Identify, uncover, and develop sales opportunities
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies, interacting with customers, and planning and organizing sales visits and other activities.
- Close deals and attend to objections and issues that arise
- Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets of -80 % cash on sales collection.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate reports to management weekly.
- Answering customers’ questions about credit terms, products, services, prices, and availability.
- Maintaining Customers’ records and Bio data.
- Perform cost-benefit and need analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Sales and marketing or business-related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as a Sales Executive/representative in the Foam industry
- Multitasking and organizational skills
- Knowledge and market network for rebounded products e.g. Recon products (soft and Hard)
- Computer literate with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and strong communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
