Job Summary

  1. The Sales Representative will stand as the key point of contact between the organization and customers while overseeing the sale of products and services.
  2. The Incumbent will report to the Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  1. Drive market initiatives to achieve sales targets.
  2. Identify, uncover, and develop sales opportunities
  3. Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
  4. Developing and implementing marketing strategies, interacting with customers, and planning and organizing sales visits and other activities.
  5. Close deals and attend to objections and issues that arise
  6. Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets of -80 % cash on sales collection.
  7. Prepare and deliver appropriate reports to management weekly.
  8. Answering customers’ questions about credit terms, products, services, prices, and availability.
  9. Maintaining Customers’ records and Bio data.
  10. Perform cost-benefit and need analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  11. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  12. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  13. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  14. Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.

Qualifications

  1. Diploma/Degree in Sales and marketing or business-related field
  2. Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as a Sales Executive/representative in the Foam industry
  3. Multitasking and organizational skills
  4. Knowledge and market network for rebounded products e.g. Recon products (soft and Hard)
  5. Computer literate with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  6. Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
  7. Excellent selling, negotiation, and strong communication skills
  8. Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
