Our core HR activities include Recruitment, Labour Outsourcing, Payroll Management, and Employee Trainings. Key Responsibilities:

• The duties and responsibilities will entail the following:
•  Drafting routine HR documents/letters/memos as instructed;
• Tracing and accessing HR documents;
• Recording and maintaining movement register for staff personal files;
• Receiving and recording all the employment application forms;
•  Capturing the biodata for the job applicants;
• Preparing the payroll and updating the staff complement records;
• Maintaining and updating HRM information;
• Preparing HR statistical reports; supporting the HR functions in the department.

Qualifications.

• Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• Degree in Human Resources or related Field.
• At least 1  years experience in Human Resource management
• Strong knowledge of the labor regulations and employment laws
• Strong reporting skills
• Excellent writing and organizational skills
• Keen to details and execution
