Stock Controller Job Mambo Italia

Reports to: General Manager

Job Purpose:

To manage inventory and ensure no stock losses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure stock-in matches stock-out and usage.
• Deputize procurement personnel when needed.
• Ensure timely availability of all required supplies.
• Manage stock balances and departmental requisitions.
• Conduct stock-taking and explain any variances.
• Inspect stock quality and quantity upon delivery.
• Implement stores operating procedures.
• Authorise issuance of goods as per requisitions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Purchasing and Supplies (CIPS).
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in a hotel setup.
• Strong attention to detail and a team player.
• Proficiency in computerised inventory systems.
