Key Responsibilities / Duties / Tasks
- Receiving, opening, sorting and dispatching mails;
- Maintaining registers for incoming and outgoing mails;
- Ensuring security of files and documents;
- Ensuring pending correspondences are brought to the attention of supervisor for appropriate action;
- Preparing appraisal and disposal schedule of files and documents in liaison with relevant stakeholders;
- Digitizing the Agency documents for circulation and archiving;
- Maintaining the registry; and
- Responsible for archival and safe keeping of all documents.
Job Competencies (Knowledge, Experience and Attributes / Skills).
Academic Qualifications
- Diploma in any of the following fields: Records and Information Management, Library and Information Sciences, Business Information Technology, Information Studies, or equivalent qualifications from a recognized Institution

Professional Qualifications / Membership to professional bodies
- N/A
Previous relevant work experience required.
- A minimum period of three (3) years’ work experience in the grade of Records Management Assistant III or in a comparable position in the Public Service or Private Sector
