Paramedic Job West Kenya Sugar Limited

Duties

• Providing First AID and immediate emergency medical assistance as needed
• Maintaining accurate medical records of employee health assessments, incidents, and wellness program participation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
• Working closely with Human Resources, safety officers, and management to address health concerns and improve work place conditions.
• Training employees on current health issues and prevent measures to promote overall wellness.
• Designing and implementing wellness programs aimed at promoting healthy lifestyles and preventing occupational hazards among staff.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Clinical Medicine or a related field.
• Training in Emergency Basic Life Support or Cardiac Life Support.
• Valid Clinical Officer License.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team oriented environment.
• At least 3 years experience in healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, or community health centers.
