Records Management Officer III Job County Government of Turkana

Responsibilities

  • Receiving, sorting, opening, filing, recording and distribution of mails;
  • Dispatching of mails;
  • Guiding on files disposal;

Qualifications

  • Kenya certificate of secondary education (KCSE) Mean Grade C (Plain) from Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC) or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution; and
  • A Diploma I records /information management or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution.
