Campus Administrator- Nairobi Campus Job Daystar University

Maintaining and ensuring safety of the Campus infrastructure and assets including third party service delivery in catering, cleaning and inventory services for the smooth operation of the Campus in line with policies, processes and procedures to achieve overall University strategy

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring all areas are kept in a neat, orderly, clean, safe, and efficiently operating condition.
  • Monitoring the third party service delivery through Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and providing periodic reports Carrying out and ensuring repairs and maintenance for buildings, fixtures, furniture and equipment
  • Ensuring safe and healthy environment including waste management in line with set local and international environmental standards
  • Organizing and ensuring adequate and usable classroom and office facilities and switchboard services to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring a safe and conducive work environment for the University Community including availability of the related mitigating equipment
  • Carrying out and implementing safety agenda including emergency/disaster preparedness and recovery plans and implementing Campus effective safety drills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in land economics or equivalent Professional Qualifications
  • Diploma in property management
  • At least 5 years relevant  experience (in a similar environment)
