Responsibilities

  • Proven experience (7+ years) as an Operations Manager, F&B Manager, or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including menu development, inventory management, and cost control.
  • Excellent leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and maximizing profitability.
  • Outstanding customer service orientation, with a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications in Hotel Management, F&B, or Hospitality.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and hotel management software.
  • Previous experience in upscale or luxury hotel operations is a plus.
