Responsibilities
- Proven experience (7+ years) as an Operations Manager, F&B Manager, or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including menu development, inventory management, and cost control.
- Excellent leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and maximizing profitability.
- Outstanding customer service orientation, with a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
- Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications in Hotel Management, F&B, or Hospitality.
- Knowledge of POS systems and hotel management software.
- Previous experience in upscale or luxury hotel operations is a plus.
