Responsibilities
- Updating and data Entry to the Eatta Oklo auction platform.
- Sale offer auction weight notes(weekly) to Broker.
- Weekly sample delivery to brokers upon sale offers
- Auction Delivery orders updating and sale confirmation.
- Tea sampling and Sampling delivery to Brokers.
- Weekly auction reprints and Auction weight notes.
- Receiving and delivery of teas for auction/PVT Sales
- Customer committed stock report (weekly).
- Customer non-committed stock report(weekly).
- Auction Sale confirmation Processes
- Physical stock Taking as directed by the customer or supervisor
- Daily stock movement Report.
- Monthly stock reports as per clients Request
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 1 yr experience
- Proficiency in computer operations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask
