Are you a numbers-driven professional with a passion for optimizing costs and driving efficiency? We’re looking for Cost Controllers to join our dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring our production processes are both cost-effective and profitable.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and monitor production costs, including materials, labor, and overhead, to identify savings and improve profitability.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and detailed cost reports to guide decision-making.
• Collaborate with production, finance, and supply chain teams to streamline processes and reduce waste.
• Conduct audits, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Provide actionable insights to support strategic business goals.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field CPA 4 and above.
• Experience: 2-3yrs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in inventory and stock management.
• Ability to interpret and analyze sales and production data.
• Knowledge of market trends and pricing strategies.
• Proficiency in using POS, ERP systems and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
