In essence it focuses in Recruitment, Business & Marketing Strategy and Training Programs for various sectors. Role Objective
A busy law firm in Nairobi seeks to add to their team a reliable and efficient personnel to ensure seamless operations and common goals are achieved.

Responsibilities
- In charge of keeping the office sanitary.
- Assisting in ordering and replenishing office supplies.
- Performing messenger duties as required.
- Handling reception duties as needed-Making and receiving calls, email correspondence and welcoming visitors.
- Assisting in typing and secretarial duties as assigned/ delegated.
- Assisting with clerical duties as and when required.
- Any other duties as allocated.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Law/Business Administration and or related field.
- At least 2 years’ experience.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
