Responsibilities:
- Manage petty cash, process vouchers, and reconcile bank transactions using QuickBooks.
- Prepare donor financial reports, budget vs expenditure reports, and cash flow projections.
- Oversee procurement plans and vendor management.
- Assist in training logistics, conferences, and transport scheduling.
- Review and approve operational invoices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent. Mandatory
- CPA II certification or equivalent. Mandatory
- Strong organizational and time management skills. Mandatory
- Ability to analyze data and prepare detailed reports. Mandatory
- High integrity and ethical governance. Mandatory
- Excellent communication and administrative skills. Mandatory
