 Responsibilities:

  • Manage petty cash, process vouchers, and reconcile bank transactions using QuickBooks.
  • Prepare donor financial reports, budget vs expenditure reports, and cash flow projections.
  • Oversee procurement plans and vendor management.
  • Assist in training logistics, conferences, and transport scheduling.
  • Review and approve operational invoices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent.    Mandatory
  • CPA II certification or equivalent.    Mandatory
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.    Mandatory
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare detailed reports.    Mandatory
  • High integrity and ethical governance.    Mandatory
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills.    Mandatory
