Job Description:

What we want you to achieve in this role in the next 12 months:

Objective 1: Increase Social Media Reach and Follower Growth:

  • Key Result 1.1: Grow social media follower count by 150,000 cumulatively across all platforms within 12 months.
  • Key Result 1.2: Ensure 40% of new followers engage with posts (likes, shares, saves, comments) within the first month of following.

Objective 2: Establish the Brand as a Trusted Curator of Value-Driven Beauty Bundles:

  • Key Result 2.1: Boost engagement rate by 30% through innovative social media strategies, interactive content & mutually beneficial partnerships across all social media platforms within 6 months.
  • Key Result 2.2: Partner with 3 influencers & micro-influencers per quarter to create authentic and engaging content that drives brand visibility.
  • Key Result 2.3: Publish 3-5 creative campaigns per month (product highlights, value bundles, and customer testimonials) to boost audience interaction.

Objective 3: Drive Sales Through High-Performing Campaigns & Strategic Content

  • Key Result 3.1 Launch at least four successful product bundle campaigns per quarter with a 15% conversion rate.
  • Key Result 3.2 Implement a content calendar with at least 48 high-quality posts & reels per month, optimized for engagement and sales.
  • Key Result 3.3 Achieve a minimum 10% increase in website traffic per month from social media referrals.

Objective 4: Boost Brand Awareness with Innovative Strategies

  • Key Result 4.1: Develop and implement a 12-month content calendar focused on themes like affordability, product quality, and curated bundles within the first month.
  • Key Result 4.2: Increase brand mentions across social platforms by 25% in 6 months through user-generated content and collaborations.
  • Key Result 4.3: Use emerging social media tools (e.g., Reels, TikTok, Stories) to create viral posts with at least 30,000 views per week.

Objective 5: Manage Online Reputation and Offer Data-Driven Insights

  • Key Result 5.1: Respond to 100% of customer reviews and messages (positive and negative) within 24 hours.
  • Key Result 5.2: Develop a crisis communication plan to address potential reputation challenges, ensuring resolution within 48 hours.
  • Key Result 5.3: Provide monthly performance reports with actionable insights, improving campaign performance by 10% every quarter.
