Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, IT, ICT, or a related field.
• Kenya School of TVET training and qualification.
• TVETA License will be an added advantage.
• Proven experience in teaching or training in this field.
• Excellent understanding of CBET approaches, programs and requirements.
• Proper understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
• High level of reliability, flexibility and effectiveness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for training and desire to create lasting impact on learners and the industry.
• Ability to work with diverse student groups and meet their learning needs.
